As president, Kim Phipps serves as the chief executive officer of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ University and is responsible for visioning, planning, fundraising, administrating and nurturing a campus culture consistent with the mission of the University.

The president is subject to the direction of the Board of Trustees and is advised by President's Cabinet, a group of senior administrators representing all of the critical functions of the University.

President Phipps is a connected, visible member of both the campus and °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ Pennsylvania community. She regularly hosts events at which she can connect with students, employees, alums, parents, neighbors and friends.
