As part of the Office of Faculty Development, Teaching and Learning initiatives foster a culture of teaching excellence at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ University, an ethos shaped by the mission, ethos, and strategic priorities of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ University. Teaching and Learning programs give special attention to capacity-building in each of the six criteria for teaching quality as defined by the Term-Tenure and Promotion parameters at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ University (content knowledge, faith and learning, inclusive excellence, organizational supports, student engagement, and evidence of student learning).
